From fabric to finished garment
Sourcing
Fabric and trims are sourced and checked against buyer specifications before production begins, so every roll on the cutting table already matches the agreed quality and colour.
Cutting and sewing
Garments are cut and assembled on our production floor by experienced operators, following the exact pattern and specification agreed for each order.
Quality control
Every order is inspected at multiple stages of production, not just at the end, so issues are caught early instead of found once garments reach packing.
Export ready
Finished garments are folded, packed and labeled to buyer requirements, then prepared for shipment to meet agreed timelines.
